LAST UPDATED 29 AUG 2026
Overview
Collr is a community for sharing links, profiles, and creative work. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone. By using Collr, you agree to follow these guidelines alongside our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
The following types of content are not allowed on Collr:
- Illegal content — content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content depicting or sexualising minors will result in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities (NCMEC/IWF).
- Harassment and doxing — targeting individuals with threats, abuse, or publishing private personal information without consent.
- Impersonation — pretending to be someone else in a way that is likely to mislead.
- Spam and scam links — posting misleading, deceptive, or commercially spammy content.
- Malware and phishing — links designed to distribute malware or steal credentials.
- Copyright infringement — sharing content you don’t have the rights to.
Reporting
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, you can report it using the report button on any profile or link. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to review all reports within 48 hours, and CSAM reports within 24 hours.
Reports are confidential — the reported user will not be told who reported them.
Enforcement
When we find content that violates these guidelines, we may:
- Remove the offending content.
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently ban the account for serious or repeated violations.
- Report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
The severity of the action depends on the nature of the violation and any previous history. CSAM and content promoting violence against individuals or groups will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you can contact us to appeal the decision. We will review your appeal and respond within 7 days.
